<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">On this page, you can rent boats for 2 hours, 4 hours or 8 hours (all day). This means that when you book 8 hours you have the boat the whole day. But you can only expect to sail effectively 8 hours. Ry Riverboats is self-service and you receive instructions about your rental when you have booked. Before your trip, you will receive a code so you can release the mooring and start the boat.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you rent, you must create a profile so you can log in. This is because we need to have basic data on the tenant.</p>

Bring your booking code to your chosen location. Pick up the tool, and you are ready for your project. Deliver the product at the same place when you are done.

<h1 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">PRIVACY POLIC</h1>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Ry Riverboat owned by Fonden Isfuglen wants you as a user to be sure that we protect your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with the law.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Personal data</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and e-mail. To place an order, information about the rental time and which boat is reserved is also stored. There is an age limit of 18 to use the service, and you must therefore also state your year of birth. When you use the service, your order history is saved. This personal data is used to provide the service to you. This personal data is stored as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal data we have registered is available and can be changed on your page, which can be found inside the online booking service after logging in. You can also contact us and request that we remove your personal information or be deregistered from our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the Service unless you register again.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Personal information of third parties</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Ry Riverboat owned by Fonden Isfuglen will not sell, trade or pass on your personal information.<br />Information about invoicing<br />When you place an order, your card details are stored with the payment provider NETS to fulfill your order. NETS stores the information in a secure and correct way and is PCI certified. This allows us to manage change of order, cancellation of reservation such as deposit, credit, additional costs incurred from the user (in case of late submission, damage or similar) as well as reduce abuse and waste. Transaction data is stored related to your order, but not the card details. Transaction information is then stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service, cf. section on personal data.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Use of Collected Information</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The personal information collected for these purposes includes both information you provide yourself (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through use of the Service, such as what equipment you rent and Location information and technical information about your device and Internet connection . Personal data can be supplemented with information available from third parties.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Cookies</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. For example, we use cookies to remember rental dates and equipment. Cookies facilitate the use of service and to provide you with relevant information when you visit our website. They are also used to cache data such as available rental dates, prices and the like.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Through server logs and other tools, we may record information about your device and connection to our service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies and unique identification files. This information is used in anonymous and aggregated statistics, but can also be linked to your user account. Among other things, the information allows us to adapt the display of our service to the device you use.</p>

<h1 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SERVICE</h1>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Ry Riverboats owned by Fonden Isfuglen CVR: DK3957166 rents electric boats for sailing on Guden&aring; and Silkeborgs&oslash;erne from the base in Ry Marina.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">1 General</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These terms and conditions apply to renting the boats from www.ryriverboats.dk to businesses and consumers. The terms and conditions, together with your order, constitute an overall contractual basis for the purchase.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">2 Definition of parties</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Lessor: Ry Riverboats owned by Fonden Isfuglen and hereafter referred to as Lessor.<br />Tenant is: The person who has indicated himself as a tenant in connection with the booking and payment and is referred to in the following as the Customer.<br />Boats means the boats and equipment rented out at Ry Riverboats owned by Fonden Isfuglen.<br />Delivery/Delivery means the time for the start and end of the rental.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">3 Payment</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment is made by credit card via our payment provider Stripe, which meets the strictest security requirements. The tenant pays at the time of booking, and then the rental agreement is considered concluded.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The total price for the purchase is displayed prior to booking and includes all expenses in connection with the rental or purchase. If there have been significant errors with the prices on the Landlord's side on the website, the Landlord can unilaterally change, delete or reject the order even after the customer has received order confirmation or the like. However, such errors must be corrected and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">4 The condition of the rental property</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The lessor undertakes to deliver rental objects in ready-to-use condition. The lessor has their own routines that check and maintain the Boats before and after rental.<br />During the rental period, the Lessee is responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment. Exemption from liability may occur if the damage or loss is due to technical errors or omissions. The Lessee is therefore obliged to check the rental object before use and to contact the Lessor if the Boat is not in its expected condition.<br />The lessor has ensured that the boat is insured for rental use.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">5 damage</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All damages, technical faults or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported to the Lessor immediately. The Landlord will then do its best to assist the Tenant. Damages are reported to info@ryriverboats.dk or tel.: xxxx xxxx immediately. This also applies in the event of theft or if the Boat is not present at Delivery.<br />If the damage occurs through incorrect use, intentional or negligent use, the Lessor will be able to claim an amount to cover costs in connection with the repair and service of the Boat.<br />The lessor endeavors to provide correct guidance on the use of the Boat, but is not responsible for the performance or for direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the use of the Boat.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">6 Use of the rental property</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Use of rental items is at your own risk. The person using the equipment must be over 18 years of age.<br />The tenant is responsible for the equipment and accessories being used correctly as described in the instructions and thus not being damaged. The Lessor facilitates correct use of the equipment by making operating instructions, instructions and safety procedures available together with the Boat via the forwarded manual. It is the Lessee's responsibility to familiarize himself with the Lessor's usage and safety routines before using the equipment.<br />If the Lessor uses all the boat's power and needs to be picked up, the price for this is DKK 500.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">7 Accessories</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Life jackets are included in the rental and it is indicated at the time of rental which sizes of life jackets are available in the boat. If there is a need for other sizes of vests, this must be notified to the Lessor no later than 24 hours before Delivery. This can be done at info@ryriverboats.dk. Lifejackets must be returned and possibly lost or damaged life jackets must be replaced.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">8 Tenant's rights and obligations</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The renter must be at least 18 years old and is obliged to provide correct customer information when he creates a user account in order to book a Boat on ryriverboats.dk. The lessor sends messages to the specified e-mail and these messages are considered received and valid when sent to us.<br />The user account is personal, and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you are obliged to notify the Landlord immediately. The landlord has the right to freely reject, terminate or suspend a user account without prior notice or liability if the terms are deemed to have been breached.<br />Furthermore, these rental conditions must be accepted before booking on the website.<br />The tenant must hand over the boat at the agreed time.<br />The tenant or cardholder authorizes the Lessor to charge additional rent/replacement claims if: The boat is returned after the end of the agreed rental period or is returned with damage, faults or defects.<br />Delay in returning the tool beyond 1 - one - hour in relation to the agreed rental time gives the lessor the right to two hours of extra rent.<br />If the boat is returned later than 2 - two hours after the reserved time, it will be charged&nbsp;an additional fee of DKK 300 is currently added to the normal rental price.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">9 Change of order</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">To change orders, the Lessor must be contacted. The changes are not valid until they have been confirmed in writing by us. This is to ensure that the boats are actually available. Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed, the rental object must be returned at the agreed time. Extension of the rental period can be done before the beginning of the rental period if the Boat is available.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">10 Delivery and return</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Delivery and returns take place via self-service, at the place and time indicated on the order confirmation. The lessor is responsible for the Boat until it is taken over by you,<br />If the delivery of the rental items is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we know about it, together with information about and when delivery may take place, or if the product(s) are sold out or the rental item(s) are not available. If the Landlord cannot deliver at the agreed time, the booking can be canceled and the rent paid returned.<br />You are responsible for the Boat until it is delivered to the same place it was delivered.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11 Cancellation of booking</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery. If canceled more than 24 hours before delivery, the full rental amount is paid.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">12 Intellectual Property Rights</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The content and service are protected by copyright law. Image material stored on the site is obtained with permission from the rights holders. Videos on youtube are links to third party service outside company name control.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">14 Protection of personal information</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Company Names processes your personal data in a secure data register in order to fulfill their obligations and protect their rights under the rental contract. The personal data processed are name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and order history. This history remains saved for accounting and other Obligations. All saved information is available in "My Account". The tenant has the right to have his personal data removed from the Landlord's systems, which is done by contacting the Landlord in person.<br />Your payment card will be stored as long as you have an active order. The payment card is stored with our payment provider NETS. They store the information in a safe and correct way. Storage of payment cards makes it even easier when shopping. You can delete payment cards on your website. Company Name does not store any credit card information, however.<br />The landlord uses cookies, just like most other webshops. Cookie stores data in your browser for the website to recognize you from page to page and visit to visit. We can then recognize who you are so that, among other things, you can get correct prices and easier login. We also collect usage information to: improve service quality.<br />You can find more detailed information about our privacy practices by visiting our help page sub-menu. There you will find privacy as a separate briefing.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">15 Choice of law</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These terms and conditions are subject to and must be interpreted in accordance with Danish legislation. The agreed venue is the Court in Horsens.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">16 Changes</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The landlord reserves the right to change or replace these terms at any time. The applicable terms are always available at ryriverboats.dk. If the Landlord considers that the changes in the terms and conditions are significant in relation to the tenant's rights or obligations, the tenant will be informed directly about the changes.<br />By using the service after the changes to the terms have been made available on ryriverboats.dk or via direct information, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not want to accept the new terms, your reservation will be cancelled.</p>
